SiriusXM satellite 2.0 stereo coming in November (Albuquerque Journal)
SiriusXM's Lynx radio is coming just in time for the holidays, according to CE
Outlook. In a call with analysts, Sirius XM CEO Mel Karmazin confirmed that
the Lynx 2.0 radio will ship by the end of the year.
The Android-based radio is satellite 2.0-compatible and will be able to access
the 30 new channels that SiriusXM debuted last month, and should be able to

plug-and-play device will also be able to receive satellite channels over WiFi
and stream music over a Bluetooth connection to home stereos.

about the upcoming receiver. According to the short-lived post, the new radio
has a battery life of 30 hours, features time shifting capabilities, stores up
to 200 hours of programming, and is compatible with the SiriusXM LVI car kit.

car is by streaming the content from the SiriusXM mobile application to the
vehicle's entertainment system.
SiriusXM is rumored to release a second tuner, ... [Read more]
