Aftermarket rims with no TPMS (Tire pressure monitor)?
I currently own a 2004 Grand prix with stock rims that have TPMS. I'm wanting to buy rims off a newer grand prix that doesnt have TPMS. If I put the newer rims on on not hook up the TPMS, aside from having my low pressure light on, will I have any other problems such as ABS or trac control on my car?
I will only be using these ones for the 3 months of winter before switching back to my originals in spring. My monitos are inside the tires which makes it too difficult to switch over for 3 months.
Just install the sensors on the new wheels.
